项目

面积居然高达 40 万平方米。机会繁多，用途广泛。因此对以前用作垃圾场的这块场地已有一长串的使用规划也就不足为奇了。2016 年这块场地的最后一部分也用 Trisoplast 覆盖住了，此后便可以用于新的使用目的了。

从泥泞跑到别墅，无所不可。

山地自行车赛、荷兰公路越野冠军赛、竞跑活动及豪华别墅的修建。总而言之：斯汉恩都的弗拉海德目前炙手可热，开发前景无限。因此，这个前垃圾场必须充分覆盖并保持此种状态，以确保居民和体育爱好者的安全。这就要求有牢不可破的防渗。但这种防渗必须具有灵活性及足够抗化学性，以便能够在不同状况的地下进行铺设。从模砂到底灰，从铁矿渣到显像管，这块土地到处充斥着这些东西。我们充满信心地接受了这个挑战，又圆满成功地完成了任务。现在这块土地已经为周围环境带来满满的正能量。工程项目组长 Arend van de Pol 如是说：“10 年前谁能想到：紧挨着前垃圾场的地方居然成了抢建豪华别墅的地方。而这里面有我们的一份功劳。对此我们感到非常自豪！”
